HEATHSIDE CLOSE

The project is within Moor Park Conservation area which is an area of national importance as a designated heritage asset. After thorough preparation and research, demolition of existing property and erection of new build 5 Bed house with a basement swimming pool was well received and approved by the council. Efforts were made to make sure that the replacement new dwelling was designed with architectural quality and merit that upholds the special interest to the Arts and Crafts context of the Conservation Area.
