Our construction teams manage every aspect of construction phase. We provide full construction services including the first fix (Shell) and the second fix (finished fit-out). Health and safety, quality of construction is always at the forefront of all our projects.
Our Project Manager will be the only point of contact for the client throughout the construction phase. Construction schedules are prepared and always updated. Timelines are constantly monitored and roadblocks are promptly attended to.
We integrate all third-party specialists such as AV and structural glazing into our package, to give you a complete one-stop shop.
Management and Procurement
Our trained and qualified site supervisors ensure that clear lines of communication are maintained between our design and construction teams. We manage our project communication through a specialist construction project management software, with daily logs, meeting notes, progress pictures and all of the latest drawings continuously updated. Any delays or setbacks are promptly highlighted and then attended to by the design team or the management team. These procedures and systems enable us to adhere to the most demanding construction timelines.
We do all the procurement of all the finishes, fixtures and bespoke joinery depending on the client's involvement.
Hand over and Aftercare
We do diligent snagging before handing over the site within Defects liability management and retention period.
